some people here r very quick to judge i couldent beleave the amount of members ( the top contributers) that r just out write nasty when answering peoples questions they seem to take every chance they can to tell u how very bad u r and how very good they r, maybe those people should think before passing judgement we cant all be perfect, on a lighter note there r so many helpfull members aswell that really do take the time to give helpfull answers which i think is great aftar all aint that what its all about?

When you see all the ridiculous questions that are posted here day after day maybe then you will understand. Sure this site is suppose to help people but we are not talking about electronic gadgets in the dog section so at least some research should have been done before getting a dog or breeding one and no one should have to tell anyone to take their dog to the vet when they are really sick, that should be a given, but there are people here everyday looking for home remedies for serious problems with their dog. People treat animals with so little respect and they are after all living breathing creatures so they deserve better.
People's answer (especially top contributors) reflect the fustration they feel for the treatment these animals recieve. It is truly a shame that people put more research into their next cell phone than they do an animal.

totally agree! every question ive asked someone has had to say something like why would you want to do that or thats stupid or something instead of giving advice. but thanks to everyone who has given good advice!!
yea they think it makes them look cool but just makes them lok stupid and stuck up.i am so glad there are people who notice this and actually give great answers!

And it's one of the human species' specialties, along with greed and jealousy.
We can probably all agree that spaying and neutering is responsable and the only way to cure the pet overpopluation problem. However, to ride someone asking a question about mating siblings about the responsibilites of spaying and neutering is just silly! Do they honestly think any dog owner older than two isn't going to know they should have their dogs fixed? Do they think the person asking the question is going to care what they think about their fitness as a "pet parent"? This was my first time here and because of the snotty nature of these posters it could be my last! Makes me think twice about posting or even visiting this site. Plenty of other question and answer sites out there!
I completely agree. If you're going to answer a question pretend like you were the one asking. Treat others how you would like to be treated is my philosophy.
I've noticed!! I think that there are so many imature people that think that they have all the answers. Believe me, half of them are wrong about everything. I think that if they don't know what they are talking about and cant say anything helpful they shouldn't be allowed to answer peoples questions. Plain and simple.
Yeah I noticed that too. Some people are just jerks and they have nothing better to do then go around dising people. Other's are caring and really do care and want to help people. I've only asked one question on here, but the answers were so varied. They were either kind, straight forward, which in most cases is good, as long as it isn't harsh, and just states facts, and others were just mean and really didn't need to be said, and would have been better left alone...I think that the last group of people shouldn't be on here, as it is rude. People come here to express there feelings privatly with, well, the world, but technically no one on here knows who they are. We need a combination of the first two types of people on here though. Sometimes we're sensitive and need some kind words that just skim over what we sould do, but we also need those kind, forceful words that let us know "hey. I really do need to do this!" So yeah. That's what I think anyway. For what it's worth. lol
What, like when they say your spelling is atrocious?
Have you ever noticed how many irresponsible pet owners ask questions they should already know the answers to BEFORE they get a pet or breed a pet? People on here asking questions when they should be on the way to the vet. Puppies suffering because people who bred their female do not know how to care for them or the mother. People buying dogs from breeders who will sell them at 5 weeks of age and younger. So many questions are very disturbing. You can't help but scream at someone to please hurry and get a clue.
It's difficult not to judge on many of the questions.
It takes all sorts to make a world, that's nothing new but why waste 5 points getting stressed about it? If there are answers you don't like, either report them if they're abusive or ignore them!
Well, this site is about asking other people's opinions and advice. I am sometimes shocked at the rude answers, too, but have to admit that they are only giving their opinion, which was asked for. I do agree that everyone could use a little tact and respect for others. But everyone has a right to their opinion on PetQnA.com , and everyone wants to voice it.
What's this got to do with dogs now?
