Tuesday Morning usually has an excellent selection, always marked down. Stainless steel is not cute but it is sturdy and doesn't break if you drop it or the dog flips it. You might also check TJMaxx or Ross, you'd be surprised what you can find back in their housewares area..
IKEA has some for 25 or 75 cents, but quality wise...they might not last very long...
