i was walking my grandmothers dog wen it ran into the street and got hit by a car and i brought him home grandmother cant see well so she thought he was alive so wat do i do! im afraid ill get castrated and go to hell

Why were you walking a dog that you obviously didn't have control over near a street of lead?
You need to tell your grandma what happened immediately. Then dispose of the dog properly and respectfully. Cremation is a good option. Call your vet and apologize to your grandma. This could be a very tough time for her if she was attached to her dog. Please help her get through it. Good Luck!
