Which is better and is better as a pet - a Siberian Huskey or a German Shepherd - (in your opinion).

A german shepherd. Huskies are more of an indepent breed and are not as willing to please their owner, they can be hard to handle and difficult to train. However both breeds are not good for first time dog owners they need experienced handlers.
siberian huskeys are cute and all but are a pain to have they are not cudly and they love to get into trouble i would suggest if you get a siberian husky you have a huge area for them and a very high fence because they can jump high.
I would go with the german shepherd they are more relaxed and very very loyal.
But its all about the person who is training them IF you have lots of experience with dogs maybe you'd be ok with it but if its one of a few dogs for you i suggest the german shepherd

Siberians are better because they are more friendly. Germans are always on the job and sometimes get too serious.
i think the german shepherd is the best pet because it 's ancestor come from the land where adopt hitler ruled long time ago
German Shepherd, a well bred one from a breeder that is breeding for good health, temperament and maintaining the working qualities of the breed..
Edit: there maybe is no bad dogs, but there are breed traits that are more appealing to different people.. While both breeds are nice dogs, they are fairly different . You should research the breed traits and find out which of the two is more appealing to you.
Thats such a hard choice, both dogs have their own qualities but, siberian huskys work a lot harder, and it seems they live to play.
it depends on were you live if you life in a nice warm town then get a german sheperd if you life in a cold place get a husky and huskys are also very very energetic and they need a nice calm naborhood to live in cause they get scared easily and a kind of small town would be good for a german sheperd they are also amarica's number 1 gard dog. i hoped this helped good luck
i would get a sibe [ i already have one ] they dont bark they howl. German shepards can get annoying because they never stop barking at people. Huskies are alot more friendly but you need to walk them alot because they can get destructive.
while, siberian huskies are really cute and look like wolves and are very loyal, well so are german shepards, i cant choose!!!
If you have a large yard or are planning to use the dog as an exercise companion you should go with the German Shepherd. They are sweet, cute, very playful, they are good with kids, and they live to a good age.
