Hello, i have a black poodle he is two recently he is going gray why? can you help?

Answers:
all poodles have hairs called guard hairs. they are white/grey and usually a little thicker than other hair and spread fairly evenly across their coat, particularly their body (rather than legs).

if he is only two, they are probably just guard hairs and are perfectly normal... ALL poodles have them and they are more noticeable when the poodle reaches physical maturity (1.5-2 yrs old).

as he gets older he will get greyer around his muzzle and his back.
.
I would assume it's the same as humans - people sometimes go prematurely gray.
Dogs' coat colors frequently change. Some dogs don't get their adult coats until they are about 2 or 3. Others get white or grey when young (could be stress, could be genetics).
Age can make it go gray (like humans,) or his hair may be losing pigmentation... Its OK...

My mother in law has a min Scottie that's black. Every time that she has her groomed she turns gray, but will turn back black when her hair grows out. They say that it's not grey it's "silver" and they are supposed to be like that. Maybe it's like that for poodles to.
It's probably normal as my Black Bouvier's legs went gray when he was that age, He has a salt %26 pepper look now at 4yr old.
Premature greying of the fur is GENETIC. A dog with the gene typically begins showing grey hair on the face around the eyes and muzzle at about age two. Grey hair from aging begins much later, around age 7.
