If it's between the back legs then it's a girl. If it's more towards the center of its belly, %26 there are testes between the legs (if the pup's old enough) it's a boy.
Its probably a girl, what does it say on your dogs birth certificate, there should have been a vet that checked your dog by now...

Do not mistake the unbilical cord for a penis. That will be about the middle of the belly. The penis will be behind it between the legs. Females will have a slit beneath the anus. Here is a site with pictures for you.
