Heel-a-dores?

has anyone heard of them or had/have one? i just got one he's blue heeler and lab mix. i was just wondering how big they get and if they are a good breed of dog. he's such a cutie. right now he looks like a rot.
Answers:
He is NOT "a" breed, he is a MIXED breed, like every other mixed breed dog out there. As to how big, that is a crap shoot. Lab sized or heeler sized you won't know till he quits growing. Hope someone didn't tell you you were buying an actual "breed" of dog.
Labs are nice dogs, so are heelers. Heelers are a working breed (cattle, sheep, etc.), lab are sporting dogs, retrievers for people who hunt fowl. Both breeds are USUALLY friendly %26 gentle, but they are also active %26 you need to be sure to properly socialize him %26 take him to obedience classes. Always give his mind something to do..
There is a mixed breed like that here %26 he has a tendency to be aggressive. I was told it was the blue heeler part of him. He's about the height of a lab but leaner body build like the heeler %26 his coat is a kind of merle, black, gray %26 white.
I hope you didn't fall prey to the "designer dog" craze. You can get these mixes at the local humane society %26 they would have already had their shot, neutered/spayed, %26 microchipped (in some areas) for a fraction of the cost.
Never heard of that mix but sounds like trouble since you have a mouth driven retriver with a heel biting herder. Its a total roll of the dice with no preconcived outcome. You could end up with darn near anything. Might be the best darn dog that ever lived or the most insane snappy wacko. Let us know how that one turns out, ok?
But i promise you one thing... its gonna shed like mad!!!
its a mix breed - Lab heeler mix - nost likely will need ALOT or evercise %26 stimulationso I hopr yout active !! or don't mind chewed up items in your place etc if you don't exercise it eniyfg - should have a great personality most likely will be lab size or slightly smaller
i had one her name was princess she got 40 lbs such a cute and a great dog
